Projects that have been developed by the head architect of the office before the separation from the "MG Architects". 

It is a modern, glass-faced 6-storey building with 30 apartments and underground parking. Only high-quality materials are used for facades, which ensure long-term and functional use. The apartments have functional, contemporary plans, comfortable accommodation in small areas.

The project was developed under the leadership of the architects Office 'Fletcher Priest Architects'. During the competition, the architectural form and urban environment create a city model with many variations, a strong urban character and a compact solution. The layout of the building is centered around a clear axis of composition that respects the cultural heritage of this place and organizes the internal communication network.

The total area of the center is 14,000m² and has more than 30 retail outlets. Visitors are provided with a spacious car parking lot, which provides easy access and carefree shopping.

A multifunctional building with offices, a swimming pool and a spa complex, a cafe, and Novikontas Marine College premises for specialist training.
